Salsa de Chile Morita – Salsa La Llorona

Red sauce elaborated on a basis of roasted tomatoes and morita chili. Presents smoked touches that combine perfectly with chicken, beef, fish and seafood. It’s an excellent sample of the Mexican traditional flavours.

 

SUGGESTIONS FOR USE

  • Mix it with cream as a basic sauce to prepare your dishes
  • It’s an excellent election for the typical Mexican corn food such as tacos and quesadillas (tortilla & melted cheese)
  • Prepare fried shrimp with a little bit of olive oil and add the sauce. Serve in corn or flour tortillas
  • You can also invent your own “Enchiladas Lloronas” (fried tortillas filled with chicken or cheese, dressed with cream, cheese and lettuce)
  • Prepare scrambled or fried eggs with this delicious sauce. You’ll love it!
