This is an excellent choice for traditional Mexican dishes. To try an every day dish, put some shredded chicken breast over a tortilla and roll it to form a “taco”. Then fry it (use a toothpick to keep it closed). Serve with some lettuce, cream, cheese and, of course, La Doña Sauce.
You can also prepare some “chilaquiles”, just buy some corn chips, pour over the green sauce mixed with some water previously warmed. Over all put some cream and grated cheese. You will love them!
You can also fix shredded breast chicken with La Doña sauce. This is also an every day dish. Just boil the chicken, shred it and mix with the sauce. Heat for 10 minutes and serve with tortillas. It’s a classic!
