Mix 2 cups of El Cielo White Corn Masa Flour with 1½ cups of warm water and a pinch of salt. Knead until smooth, rest for 10 minutes, and press into tortillas. Cook on a hot comal or skillet for 30–60 seconds per side — revealing the aroma and tenderness of true Mexican masa. Remove from the heat and cover it on a Tortilla warmer to keep the soft, fresh and warm all the way to your table.
